Built a full-stack property operations SaaS from zero — multi-tenant platform for landlords, tenants, and vendors. Shipped billing + payments with Stripe Billing and Connect (subscriptions + rent flows). Added a natural-language layer for faster answers over platform data (streaming, tool-augmented).
Built the onboarding wizard for an internal CLI used by engineers across the org. Implemented guided workflows with full input validation, persistent config management, and extensive unit tests (mocking complex CLI interactions).
Built an end-to-end pipeline processing 2,500+ SEC 10-K filings to extract structured financial insights used across the product. Containerized Node/Express APIs and integrated analytics tooling supporting 10K+ monthly user interactions.

I'm an entrepreneur and product builder who left the University of Waterloo (Management Engineering) because I was already building things that felt more real than lectures.
I like messy problems at the intersection of product, operations, and engineering. I've built full-stack platforms end-to-end (from UX to data models to payments), and I'm comfortable using AI where it's genuinely useful—not as the whole story.
